They use to run Marketing on yahoo.com with the name of brands and there ads are shown on different websites as similar as any brand websites some of them are – "www.justfixd.com, www.itechhelper.com, www.techhelper.com".

An unknown person who is not aware with these kind of fake toll free numbers or fake websites, calls on the number to get help from them and the guys sitting there ask them to took remote access of there computer and they show some fake issues in the computer which are actually not an issue, on behalf of the shown issues they scare the customers that "your data and identity can be stolen your computer is not safe" and pitch for the support and ask for money.

I thought I was talking to McAfee about my security on my computer. But when I called the customer service this group answered and started asking a lot of personal questions. They called me back about 6 months later and said that they were closing down and wanted to return my money but I needed an online account. From there they were going deposit $200.00 into my checking account from an international bank. If it was more than $200.00 I would have to repay them. I didn’t fall for this, but they locked up my computer and I had to take it to be repaired. There was a lot of malware on it. I also had to close out my checking account and open a new account. When I tried to call McAfee warning them that these people were hacking into their customer service, I got the same bunch of Indian speaking people, so I just hung up. I don’t know if McAfee has hired this outfit or if this outfit has taken over their Customer Service. I don’t have a problem with McAfee, just with IPC network. Hope you can shut them down and get them out of the country. My computer tech told me they have bilked millions out people already. Thanks for listening.
