On August 4, 2017, I received a letter in the mail indicating that I had won $250,000.00 from Investec Financial Inc./Lottery Resource Management & Payment. The letter was dated July 22, 2017. The letter was addressed to me and indicated a claim number and that I was the second winner of a sweepstakes. The letter indicated the company had many different addresses both in the US and in other countries. The letter stated: Please note we do not need your banking details. A certified check would be brought to me in person by a courier. The processing fee is $2,510.00. The company sent me a check in the amount of $2,870.00 made out in my name. I am to contact a processing company and speak to Ms. Julia Vander @ 877-456-4336 to activate the check and start the processing.
