Consumer was sent a letter from the International Lottery Commission in regards to "Euromillions international lottery program". The letter said he needs to call in to collect his share of $44 million prize, which was $4.5 million. He was to call Mark Andrew at 01134632404710. Consumer called this number and said an individual with a foreign accent answered. Consumer did not provide any personal information.
