I received a message from a friend whom I have known for over 20 years, saying that I won the $150,000.00 prize from the International Development Agency. To receive my package, I had to pay $599 to release the package, then the IRS stopped the package and needed more money. Then the FedEx driver broke down in Baton Rouge, La., and needed me to pay for the gas as well.
