Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I was foolish enough to believe this was a legitimate company. They did not give me any information they had promised and told me information I already knew. I do not recommend their services for anyone to use and I learned a very expensive lesson on trusting the internet. They used their BBB accreditation to convince me of their legitimacy. In my opinion they are not an A+. I do not want to pursue any legal action, I just dont want others to be as naive as I was.
