Type of a scam Identity Theft

Local elderly senior neighbor posted this up on her Facebook page asking about details and info feedback. Looking at the web site appears to be a data mining scammer at work. No specifics or details are actually disclosed until AFTER all personal info is provided to the scammer. Research on the ScamPulse.com web site has revealed no such business exists under this name/title. I am very concerned this elderly neighbor may have been scammed. Not sure if neighbor actually disclosed any PII or if she lost any money. I highly suspect she may have disclosed PII and is at risk of identity theft or other unscrupulous acts.
