I have never authorized the company to charge my credit card and I now have 3 charges from them. I contacted them a few weeks ago when the first charge appeared and I was told I would be refunded within 7-10 days. That never happened. Instead I received 2 more charges on my account from them for even more money. Their website has no address listed and/or any other info other than a contact us form and a phone number.

I contacted Inmate.com and was told they were IC Solutions…I purchased a call plan to be able to talk to my son in Jail. His facility only excepts IC Solutions. This company called themselves IC Solutions so I purchased a plan for $72.15 and then found out it was a scam. I contacted my bank and they did a dispute and after 2 months I get a letter saying I had to pay them. They also said I had to contact them to get my money back. I contacted them today 12/8/2018 and they said my account was closed because of the dispute they had received from the bank. I explained that I couldn’t use their Inmatecall only IC Solutions. and they were very aware of that! They did nothing but say my account was closed…I am now out $72.15 because of a scam they put out there calling themselves IC Solutions. I have paperwork showing they call themselves IC Solutions to prove this! Somebody needs to do something about these people…scamming people who have limited money and they are taking from us!

I wanted to register to Securustech.net and inmatecall.com came up. Did realize it, I registered with inmatecall.com, paid them 49.94 to have unlimited call access to my inmate, got a confirmation email giving me instructions to register with securustech.net, and also instruction from my inmate to call 530-364-0362 to get a hold of me. When my inmate did it would not let us talk would not let a three way call through. I registered with Securustech.net and call there customer support and they said inmarecall.com is a scam and the phone calls don’t work like that. I call inmatecall.com and the said they would refund all my money even though it was against their policy, it had been less than 24 I set it up. The sent me a refund email for $33.31 not my full amount. I called them back they said they would refund all of it in the next emai. I got a next email refunding 16.61. Both email do not have a validation code for refund. They had no reason why I couldn’t use their service or even if the service was light. They have no plans on refunding my money at all.

My daughter is currently at a Oklahoma Correction facility. I was attempting to book money on the phone system so she can call. This site Inmatecall.com claims to be able to save money and provide unlimited calls. As soon as I was "enrolled" E-mail arrived saying there is no such thing as unlimited calls, but they got me a "great rate" of .21 a minute. That is the current rate Oklahoma DOC has for calls!, they set up some bogus "calling cards" that can’t be accessed or used by the inmate, while charging a "service fee" and a "connection" fee. This appears to be where they make there money, scaming money to set up accounts with the actual holder of the jail phone systems. Internet site tracks to a ISP in Scottsdale AZ, Domains by Proxy, who won’t release any information about who owns the domain. Billing arrived for three future months this moning from 9457 S. University Blvd, Suite 602, Highlands Ranch Colorado, a UPS mail box. This company has not responded to any message or E-mail, and is a gross misrepersention ad a fraud! AVOID them, they take advantage of families in a bad spot trying to talk to their loved ones… No contact back, no refunds, trying to bill for future dates.
