On 07-13-2017, PC froze while I was using it message comes on the screen, "Call Microsoft support 1-888-467-5568." I called, they (foreign Indian accent) ran a scan and said I had a virus call CLAMPI. Then my call was transferred to INFOFIX at 1-877-349-2269 (also foreigh voice)the anti hacking squad. For $199.99 they could repair my PC with my debit card info. I gave them info. Took 1 hour to repair. Then .. yes there is more .. for $200.00 they would cover my PCs for 5 years. I was to call them every month for have my PC kept in good shape. Office Depot in Crystal River was awesome in putting my PC back in order.

A notice popped up on my desktop saying that I had a virus and my pc was locked. In order to fix this blockage I was to call 1-(888) 669-8998.the person answering says he is with Microsoft Windows.After allowing him access to my PC he diagnosed the problems for free. Then he transferred me to another technician to make the repairs which will cost $199.99. This must be paid in advance by debit card or a check which they must receive within ten days or they will again "block you computer." they also said other devices such as cell phone, tablet, etc. could be comprimised.
