Type of a scam Online Purchase

Hello, I regret ever having contacting this company to write an essay for me. On Oct 19rd I believe, I contacted this company and asked for assistance with a college level essay, the error I made when filling out the forms was I didn’t indicate it was a college level but whoever read the instruction would have clearly known that. When I realized this I informed costumer service because my card was charge the amount of $65 but costumer service informed me that to make the change from high school to 3-4 year undergrad the difference was an additional $20 which would make it a total of $85, I told them I didn’t have that money and won’t be able to afford the extra fee, this went on for a day, they reach back and asked what my decision was I told them it was still the same. Between Oct 23-27th the conversation was back and forth about my decision on getting a refund, they started telling me about how there was no manager around to approve the refund and this has been ongoing for WHAT! NOTHING, this transaction never ever started.I am really upset at this point, I am beginning to wonder if this is a trend, this company rips off innocent citizens of their hard earned incomes.Till this day they have not reach back to me, I have sent them multiple emails and the response is the same. I think this a scam company.
