Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

They called and said I was approved for a 3000 to 10000 dollar installment loan. Then I was told there was a transaction fee of 275.00 that had to be paid by iTunes card. Then insurance for 300.00 by iTunes card then another 250.00 for government procurement. Then after all that now supposedly my bank won’t accept the funds of 3000.00 and they have to send it by Western Union for 400.00. I told them at that point I do not want their money or loan and I want my money back. At that point it was I can’t have my money back or it would take 45 days to return and a fee for them to void the loan then I was told to call them when I get the 400.00 and hung up the phone. I have 2 emails from this company and 17 phone calls as well as the original voice message. I also have the iTunes cards that was given to them plus the receipts for purchase.
