Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I have bad credit because of messing up when i was young. I have been trying to rebuild it, but getting a loan is hard. So when my car broke down and the domino effect just kept coming I was trying to get a loan to help. I got an email from this company Cash Advance America telling me I was approved. I will be honest i was ecstatic. It was at the right time. They asked me the normal questions and then they said they needed to verify my account to make sure it was mine. So they said they were depositing money into my account and then wanted me to send it back to them in forms or western union, moneygram, or google play cards. I have to admit. I fell for it and did it. Now, my bank account is in the negative and frozen on top of that. I am still looking for a loan so i can pay that back so my whole paycheck doesnt get taken and i end up drowning in financial debt.
