I did not bother to email or call as this seems to good to be true.

Received text claiming consumer was beneficiary to a sum of $2.5 million.  Was told to contact David Richardson and ask for transfer payment information & the MTCN for pick up at Western Union.

Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

Says they are refunding money to scam victims, of all things! Says it is the IMF, email attached [email protected] They did not get anything from me personally but someone could fall into the trap as they only ask for address, phone, occupation..they promise to send an atm card.
