Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Received a phone call from Jane Bright she asked my name and the fake invoice has that I authorized an order for toner totaling $1909.34. During the call I told Jane I would relay the information to the business owner I never told her to ship anything and she told me a call would come in to confirm anything prior to being shipped. After speaking to business owner it was realized this was a scam call and we don’t order from this company. 4 days later huge bill in mail for supplies. I called the number on the invoice and you cant talk to a live person and the messages are full so you cant leave a message either. This is a scam. If you receive a product viaFed EX from Imaging Center/Richo Imaging reject the delivery do not open it.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Our Xerox company was out to do a repair on Monday, August 17, 2020. At that time, he indicated we would need a part and he would order it. It was pure coincidence that afternoon that someone called, claiming to be our representative, and said that toner is on backorder and he would order us 4 cartridges-the receptionist didn’t think anything of it. He asked her name and then said they would be shipped. We received the invoice today with the receptionist’s first and last name (she only gave her first name) and it included a W9. We did not receive any toner. The Fed Ex tracking number is for a package that was shipped from Los Angeles, CA to Grand Rapids, MI. We have no intention of paying this invoice and after reading all of the reviews regarding this company, they deserve to be fined or worse!

Vendor sent an email with invoice 406090 for $499.61, asking that our company pays for toner. We never placed an order with them as we have a designated toner vendor.

This company called our office and said our toner was on back order and sent us a bill for $428.89. We lease our copier from a local company and they supply EVERYTHING for our copier. WE DID NOT ORDER SUPPLIES FROM THEM, NOR DO WE WANT SUPPLIES FROM THEM. When I tried to call the phone number on the invoice it forwards to directory assistance. I tried it twice just to verify! This company is a scam and bills for things not ordered!

We received a call on 4/1/20 from a man named John stating he was from our toner supplier and due to the coronavirus they need to send our toner order early because they were shutting down. Only information he got from me was my first name. We received a toner and quickly notice that it was not from our original supplier. The invoice is from the Imaging Center and is priced extremely high. I tried several times to call the company and left several messages with none returned. Today 5/1/20 I received another call from a guy named John asking to speak with someone who was in charge of our toner ordering. I asked him if he was calling from the Imaging Center and explained to him that we received a toner order in error and need to return it. He hung up on me and never called back. I googled the company and seen another review stating the same thing happened to them and they didn’t get a response from the company until they faxed them letting them know they were reporting them to BBB. So today I faxed them requesting for someone to call me asap to return the toner or I would be reporting them to BBB. This company is calling around to businesses getting the name of the person who answers the phone and sending out highly priced toners/invoices.

Total money lost $489.61

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

"Imaging Center" sent toner to our business along with an invoice. First invoice was paid by mistake assuming someone had ordered it. It was for 1 toner unit at 429.90. They continued to invoice toner the next month, only the second time they sent 1 unit of toner and invoiced for 4 units with a charge of 1809.31. Our business never ordered any toner from this company. At this point I attempted to make a call after I learned that accounts payable had already sent a check the previous month. After several attempts, phone was not answered and phone call was never returned.

Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

This company called our office and told one of our office staff that their office would be closed for the upcoming holiday so they want to go ahead and send us a printer toner incase we run out over the holiday.

We rent our printers from a company and they supply the toner for us.

Days later we receive the toner with an invoice for $489.53 from Imaging Center. No way to send it back and at the bottom of the invoice it states "no returns after 15 days", it was 17 days by the time we received the invoice.

I tried calling Imaging Center’s office and it immediately went to a voice mail. SCAM!!

This company called my office pretending to be our copier maintenance company. They scammed one of my employees into ordering toner for one of our all-in-one’s for 4 x the normal price.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

A representative from this company called to let our office know that our copier toner was being shipped out. Unknown to the employee who fielded the call, our office does not have an account with this company. We contract with a local vendor for toner needs. The representative verified the shipping address. The toner arrived approximately 1-2 weeks later, without an invoice. An invoice arrived approximately one month later, back dated to the ship date. The invoice states "No returns after 15 days." Toner is being shipped back with notice that this was not an authorized purchase. No monies have been exchanged, but the invoice amount was approximately $500.
