Type of a scam Debt Collections
Told me I was pass due on a payday loan made 5 years ago through Cardinal Management (they have a long list of complaints against them), I researched and have no loan outstanding (never got one) when I press the issue about any documentation of said loan IGF representive indicates that Cardinal Management has been trying to reach me by email and mail, yet I have nothing and this IGF will not provide anything.
I’m assuming they scalped or bought my personal information from a source and they are using it and threats of lawyering up to press for a fast payoff. I researched for IGF and can get nothing from the web and the local number they used to contact at is a cellular number (605-204-6548). So I thinking this is a scam.
The 877-344-6573 phone number is the one I was told to call back on this matter about but I have been unable to talk to a real person as of yet.
My main concern is they have the last 4 of my social security number and I don’t like the thought of that.
