Type of a scam Employment

Got email by a Bryan Taylor. Gave job description, called for job interview, oferred position, gave employment agreement asking name, address etc. Asked to download the app, Telegram, in android’s play store and contact @jonathan_smith, who then asked me to give me my bank account details because they can’t give their accounts to new employees with no experience during probation etc.

Job position was "asset manager", dealing in cryptocurrencies.
