Type of a scam Phishing

Scammer called me advising that I was entitled to a refund for an anti-virus security system. The scammer wanted me to fill out 4 $100 app store, the scammer wanted e-mail address and go to "gift card". Then the website went to I-Tunes, after it was not working the scammer advised me to go to the store and pay for the gift cards and "don’t tell you are buying for commercial use". They told me they would charge 18% tax.
