Hydro Flask Scam

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Mother was recently directed to www.hydroflasksales.com via online ad posing as the actual Hydro Flask website. The site looks similar, down to the website design, etc. She ordered one of their products over a month ago and just received it today – it was not the actual product that was advertised, but instead an knockoff.

At the time of the order, I had noticed that this was not the actual Hydro Flask website so I emailed their customer service asking what sort of business they were operating – affiliated with Hydro Flask, overstock sales, discontinued items – and received a response a few days later stating: "Our items have the same quality as hydroflask, please do not worry. Looking forward to your business."
