I paid for something I never received. They gave me a couple of excuses in emails when I asked about my product. Then they stopped responding altogether. The 800 number is just a recording of a woman saying they can’t answer the phone. Website is still up and running with “Stay At Home Sale”. Taking advantage of people while quarantined.
