He posed as one of my friends saying that God answered her prayers and have I heard the good news I said no then proceeded to say that the department of human service are helping the retired, youth, sick, old, divorce, widow and disabled. Stating my friend applied for the program got a lump sum of 80,000.00 from them. They continue on.
