Horrible customer service! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and one pair was torn at the seem… It is not able to be worn- my foot falls right out. They are offering partial refunds or a full refund if I pay to send it back. WHY SHOULD I PAY to have an item that was damaged returned? I did not change my mind- the item is unusable! DO NOT– I repeat—DO NOT —no matter how great the price—order from this company! It has been two months without resolution!
FYI- I emailed them last week (after 2 months of back and forth) that if I didn’t get a return shipping or my $ refunded-I would be writing a negative review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I also placed an order that I only received partially. Then what I did receive broke after 3 wearings. I got responses to email. First they wanted to refund me $6.00 for a $40 item I never got then they offered $10 for the same item. They seemed to think I wanted to return something, but I had nothing to return. I used the phone number on the website, but it was disconnected.
