Type of a scam Online Purchase

I believe this is a fraudulent website that should be shut down. My mother tried to make a purchase, which did not go through. Within 20 minutes her credit card company called her reporting charges being made in China, from the same credit card she had attempted to use on this website. They claim to be selling Ugg boots for $50-$75. These boots are normally priced around $200. Ugg does not have an outlet store and this is likely not an authorized Ugg vendor. The contact information on the website also raises suspicion. A Connecticut address is provided, but a quick search on Google maps shows no building at this address. No phone number is provided. The Pinterest link is broken and the "About Us" section is full of bad grammar.
