False company

This company has stolen $86.50 from my account . I ordered product about a month ago they tell me it is in production .. ( still ) I have ask for a refund & response has stopped . They will not return it & or they want to charge a $20 fee . They have no intention on sending products or giving my money back . Please shut them down before more people are robbed .
