http://www.newbalancesandals.us/ sells New Balance shoes over online store. Ordered a pair of women shoes, but I received entirely wrong item (model, colour, size). The company will not accept returns and offers 15% refund, but I do not believe they are even going to refund anything. Items are highly likely counterfeit products and those have a strong chemical odor. The website owner address is in NY, but the countries involved are Turkey and China. The product was shipped from China.
