Type of a scam Online Purchase
Purchased Zojirushi Micom 5.5-Cup Rice Cooker and Warmer (NS-TSC10) online and paid through PayPal so I thought it was legit. Waited for my order to be shipped but no updated for 6 days. Tried to contact them via emails ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) and got bounce back due to invalid email. Then contacted them by phone (408-331-7779), no one answer and no voicemail.
