Type of a scam Government Grant

A fake Facebook account was created. It was a duplicate account of one of my friends "Ralph Horacek". I got a request to add him as a friend on Facebook and I did. He messaged me right away on messenger asking me how I was. The messages were weird and jumped right in to telling me he got $100K from a government grant website. He asked me to text a weird phone number and go to this website. He said to do it right away. I didn’t. I discovered hat I was already friends with the real Ralph Horacek and these messages were from someone who created a duplicate account using the same profile picture. I blocked the fake account and erased the messages on messenger.
