went to buy a puppy on a website they put us in touch with this breeder and through the texting when we were ready to pay something didn’t add up. He said we could pay through his verified PayPal one day and the next day he said his account couldn’t receive any money because it was at its limit. A verified PayPal has no limit on receiving money and when i brought that up he tried to hard sell us and became very aggressive and insulting.
