Ordered this product from an add on Facebook on 8-11. In the process of checking out, was given the opportunity for upgrades in which there was a "no thanks" option. I agreed to two of these upgrades which were expedited shipping and a lifetime replacement warranty. One I passed on , which was a $35 disc brake lock and alarm. When checking out, I was not offered a copy of my receipt and order #. Today I checked for an email with the receipt and none came which gave me cause to investigate. I checked my checking account ad discovered they had charged 2 separate charges. One for my original order for $46.94 and a seperate charge of $35 for the wheel lock and alarm which I specifically did not order. Googled Hogtooth scam and found out I was not the only one this has happened to. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. They are saying I have to receive the order and return it before this can happen. Turns out they are taking a product readily available for much cheaper, relabeling and remarketing at a much higher price. That part is not illegal but certainly is unethical.
