I purchased from this website on 8/17 and again on 8/19. When you place the order you will receive a confirmation email that reads as follows:

So here’s the deal:
We’re not some big company.
We absolutely REFUSE to get our stuff printed in China (like most of our competitors).
We will NEVER rush an order and compromise the quality.
Orders generally take around 3 weeks to ship. Especially for embroidered items.
We’re working hard on getting that number down.

This email is to confirm your recent order.
Not wanting to be impatient I waited 3 weeks before sending an email requesting a shipping update. I never received a response. Now the website is even down.
It really bothers me that this person would scam military servicemen!!

Ordered merchandise from these people over a month ago June 5, 2016 and till this date no delivery. Ive emailed, called and left messages and nobody returns my call or responds to email. I just found out that there are numerous complaints on this company. I’m a Veteran and they claim to be Veteran ran, they should be ashamed of themselves. Please help me in getting my money back or next step escalation.
