Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

This is a car wrap scam. I received a check for$4.950.00 and a letter that told me to deposit the check and that the funds would be transferred within 24 – 48 hours. Then asked for me to notify the sender as soon as the check is deposited and then they would send the "car wrap" company to go to my home in order to put a car wrap onto my car. I wrote back and asked for a picture of what the wrap would look like? They responded that there would be 2 magnetic images brought to my home to put onto the front doors of my car. I wrote back and said I need a photo of the magnets before agreeing to do this for $500/ week. I know this is a scam but wanted to get as many communications from these thieves to have more to report to the authorities. I have ripped up the check and have no intention of depositing this.
