I ordered a weight loss supplement on line. I wasn’t sure of the final cost, so I added that if it was more than $88.00 then I did not want it. The product came to me immediately. I returned the product, unopened, through the USPS. I did not hear from them, so I called and at first could not find my tracking slip, so they wouldn’t even ck for me for it’s return to them. I found the receipt and called the next day with all pertinent info. I was told by the CS on the other end that the item was received and I would receive a credit in the next 5-7 business days. I called to ck on my credit to my card, and they wanted me to start all over with tracking #, name, etc. I responded that all of that info had been confirmed and I wanted a conf. # for credit. They hung up on me, and when I call them now, they disconnect me I would assume from phone # recognition. Hung up or disconnected me 6 times this morning. Yesterday I was on permanent hold. They have my money and their product. I continue to await my credit, however I have no way to communicate, and I cannot find address for company.
