Type of a scam Online Purchase

I wanted to buy a shih tzu puppy, and I found an ad on the classifieds at Universo.com The ad said the puppy was in Florida, but when we began talking by text, I was told that the puppy was in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The seller was very direct, immediately telling my her full name and address to which I may send her the MoneyGram. When I asked how she was planning on sending the dog, she said it would be via pet courier service "Animal Air Transit" but I found nothing, not even a website. At this point I knew it was a scam, but to be sure I wanted to see if they could send me a picture of the puppy with a paper next to it with my phone number. Immediately they told me they were at work. When I told them I would wait for them, they immediately got on the defensive asking me if I was "for real", that they were "getting skeptical", and would send the picture once I made the transfer. (I know, right?) Mind you, all of this was typed out in horrible spelling and grammar. After several texts telling me that they were skeptical of me, even though I’M the one buying, she sent a picture of another puppy and without my phone number on the side. I told her that was great, but I wanted the picture as I had described – with my phone number on a sheet of paper next to the dog. She again called me a "fake person" and at that point I’d had enough and told them thanks and good bye.
