I’m pretty sure this is one of those recording scams.

"Hi! My Name is Joe, I’m a Healthcare Provider calling from a recorded line. Can you hear me ok?"

I of course hung up at that point. They call multiple times a week from various Wisconsin numbers.

Type of a scam Phishing

They called my phone back to back after I didn’t answer the first time the call came through. I answered the call and a older lady on the phone said she was from a healthcare provider. She paused for a second and then after a few second she asked if I could hear her. I answered yes and the call was disconnected.
