Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

I have been receiving phone calls from a healthcare enrollment center but this time I was able to get the lady on the phone to give me a little information. I asked for a good callback number and she said that they didn’t have one. So I asked her how she called me and she said they are using computers to call over VIOP. The lady’s name was Tammy and she claimed that they had just moved into a new building and didn’t have call back number yet and that they were located in Ft. Lauderdale FL. When I asked for physical address she said "Oh…." and hung up. My phone number has been on do not call registry for many years but the registry is useless to put it politely.
