Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

This company offered a free trial of their product with payment of shipping and handling. They advised that one would need to cancel the membership before the end of the trial date in order to avoid further shipments and charges. When I called to cancel (within the trial period) I was told that I would have to return the product or I would be charged for it.

Nowhere in their ad did they state that the product was to be returned to avoid additional charges.

This is clearly false advertisement and this company should be investigated for fraud. They offer nothing free, and should not be allowed to promise such!
