Victim was contacted by someone at "Health and Human Resources" stating she and 150 other people have been selected to received $9,000. To collect $9,000 she would need to purchase a $200 "registration card" and then the funds would be sent to her via Western Union in three payments.
Victim’s brother reported to BBB. Victim did not send the $200.
