I ordered a package from HappySatchels on November 27th. My money was immediately taken out of my account ($119). When I go to check the tracking number it always says waiting to be picked up. It is now December 22 and I still have no package. I have emailed the company four times at their support email and have gotton no response. When I went to check their Facebook page there was 100’s of comments of people experiencing the exact same thing I was. People ordering packages and a month or two later still no package. The company has no phone number to contact anyone. I really believe this site is scamming people and taking money without delivering what the customer ordered.
