Type of a scam Investment

This individual goes by the name of Tony Judeh. He claims to be a broker for Repossessed vehicles. He claims to negotiate with the seller or finance company to get you (the buyer) an excellent deal. Once he has you hooked on a car you like he then asks for $5000.00 down payment to guarantee the sale. Along the way he then uses his alias email address to send you and email claiming to be the finance manager, Paul F. Juliano, asking for an additional $2500 to complete the sale. Once you’ve taken the bate he tells you the Repo process takes 20 days. Once the 20 days are up he comes up with excuses why the car can not be delivered, such as the car did not pass smog check, the previous owner filed for bankruptcy, etc. On occasion he will further the scam by claiming to find you a much better deal, one you can not say no to because you would be in a position to make money. Once you reach a breaking point he then suggests he will refund your money and will ask for 5 to 10 business days, and along the way find more excuses why he has not been able to "process the refund." Once you catch on to the scam he will give you or deposit a check to your account and 3 days later the check will bounce and you will not hear from this thief ever again.
