Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw the ad on Facebook. They were advertising Halloween costumes at a discount price, and low shipping. The website stated that for a limited time, you could order from a selection of costumes for free, just pay shipping. On September 18, 2018, I placed and order for 6 costumes. I was charged only for the shipping. On October 4, 2018, I sent an email to Customer Support, inquiring about the arrival of my merchandise. I was informed that the delivery process would usually take 15-20 days. Due to an issue with the merchandiser, the shipments were taking a little longer than normal. I told them that I appreciated them getting back to me in such a timely manner, but I wanted to know when my package should be expected. I was told t want another 10-15 days. On October 17, I emailed the Customer Support again. I informed them that my shipment had not arrived and I wanted my money back. I was not happy with the service, but I hoped the merchandise would arrive soon. The Customer Support apologized and then proceeded to tell me that my costumes would definitely arrive before Halloween. Halloween is tomorrow. I have not received a package, or any merchandise. I cannot find the website anymore on the internet, and the Customer Support is not responding to my emails.
