Type of a scam Rental

Replied to a listing on Craigslist. The "owner" claimed he wasn’t able to sell his house and wanted to rent it out. Basically rent it out to a good Christian family. Was very special to drive by the house, but to not call the realtor because they had recently cancelled with them. Gave me instructions to drive by then call them after I did and to make sure to not call the realtor. I ended up contacting the actual realtor who was very helpful and already had a call from someone else about the same report.
