Type of a scam Utility

Get calls at least two or three times a month, today it was twice in one day from Green Light Energy attempting to get the Service Delivery Identifier from my electric bill. They state they are reducing my Customer Charge line item on my electric bill and offering a per KwH rate that is higher that my current rate. I spoke for 25 minutes trying to understand the math behind their proposal only to discover it’s flawed. I never provided any identifiers. After the call it is clear that this is a scam since they keep wanting the Service Delivery ID. I have asked to be placed on the DNC list but still get calls from them.
