I ordered shoe insert for 29.95 and they keep charging me 29.95 every month. I called to get a refund on the charges. They told me it was for a membership I don’t ok on my credit card. They told me that they can give me 1/2 of my money back. They are a scam and I will never do business with them again.

Similar experience,took money out of my bank without permission, ordered a charger and they took £24.28 out in member ship fees , which I did not agree to and no where did it say I had to take out a subscription to buy a charger ,robbing thieves

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad on Facebook about a moon lamp that costed $4.95 and free shipping. It was supposedly a sale because those lamps were usually much higher than that. When I confirmed my purchase, it said that the total was $4.95, with no extra charges. I later received an email confirming my purchase and it added a charge of $45.00 for a membership fee. I immediately called the company and they claimed the website told me about the fee(which it did not), and that it was non-refundable, but they offered me a discount of 50% cash back. They claimed it was absolutely impossible for them to refund me the full $45.00, although in the email, it said I had 24 hours to cancel my order. I even told them that I did not want the lamp anymore; I just wanted my $50 back because I was blindsided and basically robbed.
