Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I don’t know if this is a scam or not they said they have a triple A score with the BBB, Iv’e called around the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan to financial places and no one has ever heard of them. In the beginning I got a letter in the mail from Graylock Advisors stating they help people that has credit card debt to pay the credit cards off on an unsecured loan, so I contacted them online and filled out only things like my name, phone number, and email address and sent it off and they called within minutes. I think this might be a scam and wonder if you know anything about Graylock Advisors.
