I placed a order for a logo, hang tag, thank cards, and a plug for shipping boxes with Custom Graphiko Design on October 11, 2019. My form of communication with Ms. Latoya was direct message via Instagram under her business name Graphiko Graphic Design Previously known as Custom Graphiko Design LLC. Ms. Latoya requested payment via cashapp by the name of $graphikographic. Payment was sent and I was told that my logo would be done I’m 7 businesses days. 2 weeks pass and I never received business logo. I followed up with the company by direct messages, email, and by phone and what told that the do not answer to nonsense. Once Ms Latoya contacted me though direct messages I asked for a refund because she broke our verbal contract once you did not produce the product in 7 days. I told ms Latoya that I will sue her company and she refuses to give me any products.
