Type of a scam Tech Support
A man with a thick Asia-Pacific/Indian accent called four times telling me my network firewall was down and that my computer is at risk. After repeatedly asking for a company name he said he was with Grant Tech an authorized Microsoft technical support. I’ve asked him to stop calling me and he continues to call me making a case for me to give him my IP address.
I looked up the company online and when you call their number, you have three choices, Technical Support, Customer and Operator. When you choose any option, they go to voice mail.
