Yes, I filled out an application address, $1,300 for processing fee was for IRS certificate to pay taxes on the grant. and my social security number . I never received a grant to start my small business. And a women name Audria West and a man name David Jackson on Facebook said they received their grant from Robert Mueller. They were had a lot of my family members as friends on Facebook, so I believe that it was legit
