Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I received a call from someone called Grant Depot. Claiming I have been chosen to receive a $9,000 grant that does not have to be paid back from the government. They gave me three option to receive the money. Option One debit card option to banking account option 3 money order. Received call from blocked number. Gave me two numbers to call back. 215 – 758-1404 also 315-758-1404. They also give you a 5 digit transaction ID number to give when you call back. They told me I needed to put $300 on debit card to receive $9,000 Grant.
