I ordered products from grace and soak on 5/18/20 with expedite shipping. I’ve DM business on Instagram and contacted through website numerous of times no reply. I checked for updates of the product numerous of times on the website it says the product was fulfilled and preshipping label was created on the 6/6/20 but the post office have received the product. No response. On Instagram I’m seeing a lot of unhappy customers asking for refunds and this person is not responding back.. I just want my money back
