Type of a scam Government Grant

A guy that went by the name gabriel called and told me i was picked to receive a government grant for 9000 dollars i was then transferred to a guy who went by jeffrey jones who wanted me to go to walmart and buy a registration card which turned out to be 250 worth of steam video game cards then i was promised my money before being transferred once again to a guy that went by the name jason brown and he then wanted me to buy 500 dollars worth of steam cards which by the way the other guy had me read off the numbers to him for the 250 dollars worth of steam cards i already had bought so anyway this jason brown guy told me to try and put 500 on a walmart gift card since our walmart didnt have 500 dollars worth of steam cards all 3 of these men told me not to say anything about getting grant money to anyone at walmart i was told by a walmart assosiate that i would have to go to customer service to see if i could put 500 on a walmart gift card i told jason brown that and he adamently told me not to do that he said just get 250 dollars worth of steam cards i went back to the same register i was at before and there happened to be a manager there that i knew and she saw the cards and asked if someone was on the phone with me and she said ask him if he wants to speak to a walmart associate so i did and he forcingly told me to go outside right then instead i handed her the phone and he told her to [censored] off and he hung up then he called back 2 more times on the 2nd time the walmart manager answered and he called her horrible names but i thank God for her because she saved me from getting scammed twice she said these guys have been doing this all week to people at our walmart i hope u can track these numbers down and catch these guys
