Type of a scam Government Grant

I keep receiving phone calls from the number listed above. The man that calls stated that he is from the Government Grants division and he has money for me but I must provide a credit card to verify my age and acceptability. I refused and explained that I’m on a do not call list and he said that means nothing to me. I will call you as much as I want too and you will never stop me. I said I’ll submit complaints against you and that’s when he proceeded to curse me out. I hung up and blocked the number; however he called another six times.
