I looked online for forms to renew my passport. This website appears to be "official" government information, however they took $129 from me for forms that are free online through the correct, official government website.

They are clever, in that they ask you to "sign" that you completely understand the fee does not include the actual passport renewal. I felt scammed because I went to this site first, then became suspicious (too late) and tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes. I believe this company is out to take advantage of citizens.
